Ahhhh! The great outdoors! Though the world outside is still awash in earth tones, we are finally able to (on some days) head outside without winter coats. Noah and Luca played in the yard for hours over the weekend and their frolicking and laughter was well worth the muddy floors and extra laundry. It seems implausible that just a few weeks ago the snow pack was so high it reached the high rung on the fence behind them.The snowdrops and crocus have arrived (about two weeks later than last year, but we’ll take ’em)!At sunset the river is pleasingly clear of ice.
